How to Partner with Kaizen

JOINT VENTURE

Co-develop with Kaizen

Contribute land, capital, or both to a specific project. Shared decision-making and profit participation with customised risk and return structures.

MONEY PARTNER

Fund a Kaizen project

Provide capital funding in exchange for agreed returns. Kaizen manages the development end-to-end while you receive regular reporting and defined exit terms.

Initial Inquiry

Reach out to us via our website, phone, or email. We will arrange a confidential, no-obligation conversation to understand your investment goals, capacity, and preferred level of involvement.

STEP 02

Face-to-Face Meeting

We meet in person to present Kaizen, our track record, and the opportunities available. This is a chance to ask questions, understand our development philosophy, and see if there is mutual alignment.

STEP 03

Project Selection

Together, we identify the right project based on your goals, timeline, and risk appetite. We present full feasibility studies including expected returns, costs, and project timelines for your due diligence.

STEP 04

Legal Documentation

Both parties engage independent legal counsel. JV agreements, loan agreements, or partnership deeds are drafted, reviewed, and signed. Every term is transparent and agreed upon before any capital changes hands.

STEP 05

Capital Transfer

Funds are transferred in accordance with the signed agreements and held in a dedicated project trust account. Drawdowns occur in stages aligned with development milestones, with full visibility at every step.

STEP 06

Project Delivery

Kaizen manages the full development lifecycle: design, approvals, construction, and sales or settlement. Our team oversees every detail, from architect briefing through to final handover and defect resolution.

STEP 07

Progress Reporting

Partners receive regular updates throughout the project including financial summaries, construction progress, sales activity, and timeline tracking. We maintain open communication so you are never left guessing.

STEP 08

Capital Return

Upon project completion and settlement, capital plus agreed returns are distributed in accordance with the signed agreements. Full project accounting is provided for your records and tax reporting.

STEP 09

Repeat

Many of our partners reinvest into the next project. With each cycle, the relationship strengthens, processes become smoother, and you build a growing track record of successful property development returns.
