Kaizen Projects is an Adelaide-based developer of boutique residential projects across South Australia.
Homes reach buyers two ways. On some projects we carry construction ourselves. On others we partner with a builder and offer the result as a house and land package — you buy the land from us and contract the build with them. We set the design and the specification either way, and we stay across delivery until handover.
Three are selling now. Twelve more are moving through design, approvals and construction.

Designed around daily use
Orientation, natural light, privacy between dwellings and the way people actually move through a house are settled early, when they are still cheap to get right.
Specified to last
Materials are chosen for how they age in South Australian conditions, not for how they photograph on handover day.
Deliberately few projects
Boutique scale is a decision, not a stage we are passing through. Fewer projects means more attention to each feasibility, each drawing set and each site issue.

Built past the minimum
Our projects are designed to exceed the National Construction Code’s energy requirements, with solar provision, upgraded insulation and water-efficient fittings.
