Common questions
Selling
Do I pay any fees?
There is no agent commission and no advertising. Our written offer states which conveyancing costs (the legal work to transfer the property) we pay. You should still get your own legal advice.
Do I have to accept your offer?
No. Our offer is in writing and you can take your time, get your own advice, or say no.
How long does it take?
We agree the settlement date with you and write it into the contract. It can be as soon as 30 days or longer than six months.
